About the job

We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team to help build Arc and Codementor! You’ll work closely with sales, recruiters, product managers, developers, analysts, and other functions to drive the product operations process.

You are the glue that ties products, the revenue team, and operations together. You understand the path of the users’ experience with our product better than anyone else. You bring this understanding to others through building dashboards and help address any gaps and bottlenecks in operations.

This is a full-time, remote role. You’re welcome to work from our physical office in Taipei or from anywhere within a 3 hour timezone difference.

Things you might do

  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders, like sales, support, product team, to dissolve issues and requests
  • Maintain CRM database and integrate internal database/ tools within different teams
  • Build dashboards, track key metrics to help monitor performance
  • Help team on automation of operations process via one or more off-the-shelf tools (Zapier, Integromat, etc) to eliminate consistently repetitive or manual tasks (e.g. data entry into online forms).
  • Maintain and understand current internal operations workflow and be the point of contact for any update on the system or ad-hoc requests
  • Write your own SQL to analyze datasets according to the requests from stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement the necessary operational process changes to improve accuracy, scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify and assist with product and tech issues the teams may run into

What you should have

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar product operations role
  • Native or near-native spoken and written English
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Experience writing your own SQL to analyze complex datasets
  • Experience with data analysis and dashboard tools (e.g. Google Sheet, Mode, etc)
  • Experience with automation (no-code) tools (e.g. Zapier, Integromat, etc)
  • Experience with troubleshooting with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural and cross-timezone (mostly remote) team
  • The quality of a self-starter who is able to use intuition to manage your time and deliver results
