The Professional Services Operations Analyst will work closely with the Operations, Professional Services, and Finance teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our Professional Services systems, processes, and data.


  • Work in sync with the Professional Services – Director of Strategy and Operations.
  • Assist on all operations and administrative activities.
  • Work on Mavenlink project administration and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Partner with the Professional Services teams and broader Customer Success organization to streamline and enhance daily processes and ensure data quality, from pre-sales through project delivery and billing.
  • Provide regular reporting and ad hoc analysis for the business on project health, resource utilization, and financial forecasts.
  • Provide support for financial planning objectives by aggregating data, performing analyses to gain insights, and developing presentations56.
  • Participate in the month-end close process for Professional Services revenue and expense, including billing data consolidation, data reconciliation, and coordination with the Finance department.
  • Assist in executing projects that deliver process improvements, technology enhancements, and data transparency.
  • Aid with creating, and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests, and developing management dashboard reporting.
  • Provide cross-functional support and assist management on projects, as needed.
  • Potential for client-facing meetings, as needed.


  • 1-5+ years as business analyst or other relevant experience
  • BA, BS, or B.Com degree required
  • Strong fluency with Excel/Google sheets formulas and functions
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting required
  • Experience with Mavenlink preferred
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments
  • Self-starter with excellent written and communication skills
