Lidl Asia are hiring for a Project Analyst who will assist the Project Manager in implementing large scale regional projects.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating large scale, regional business projects which encompass all functional areas within the organisation
  • Support the organisational and office set-up of regional operations across the Asia region
  • Contribute to the project planning of business projects
  • Actively monitor the project activities to meet the project schedule
  • Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Provide operational support, such as liaising with stakeholders and setting up meetings
  • Analyse project data and produce insights to optimise performances, including Gap Analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain Lessons Learned database

What you’ll need

  • University graduate or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management or a related discipline
  • Supply chain, trading, logistics or retail background is highly preferable
  • Minimum 2 years experience of project implementation, ideally with experience in trading or buying offices and / or financial institutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Logical and methodical approach to problem solving with ability to think innovatively
  • A good command of English is essential
