JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Work closely with departments and clients

– Find potential customers (investment owner, consultant, industrial park, investment promotion center) and maintain the customer relationship.

– Directly search for projects and implement bidding and signing contracts to meet individual sales targets.

– Coordinate with departments to ensure work efficiency.

– Follow up on the approved projects to take care of clients.

2. Implement work in the department

– Manage project lifecycle, including ensuring maintenance of stable customer sources and developing new customers according to the company’s annual revenue goals.

– Deploy control of project input information, control quotes, and participate in project bidding.

– Guaranteed the deployment of bidding quotation according to the customer’s requirements and the company’s regulations without errors.

– Consult and do other tasks as assigned by the board of directors.

– Monitor project implementation activities and ensure to resolve issues related to project implementation when necessary.

3. Management

– Management and evaluate the result of your own work.

– Make the report for the line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

– Graduated Bachelor’s University.

– At least 3-5 working experience years in steel structure, construction material, mechanic, and transportation industry.

– High English level in communication.

– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Good knowledge of economics, construction, and steel structure is an advantage.

– Good communication and customer relationship.

– Find and handle information flexibly.

– Good teamwork skills.

– Manage, and arrange work effectively.

– Be willing to a business trip.
