About the job

Bring your developed recruitment skills to our collaborative regional Talent Acquisition team where you will work on a variety of roles across our broking and advisory business.

The Role

  • Be responsible for recruitment including headcount planning, managing our talent pool and implementation of hiring plans
  • Co-ordinating and conducting the recruitment and selection pocess including: liaising with recruitment agencies, organising interviews, advising the business and providing feedback to candidates
  • Build pipelines by strategically partnering with Universities regionally and nationally
  • Liaise with the regional Learning and Developement leader and external trainers to set up and deliver training budgets
  • Organise and deliver our induction program to new employees
  • Work with our Marketing team to lead Company activities to build and maintain the WTW brand
  • Ensure HR reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner
  • Support HR and other related projects as when required
  • Act as a coordinator between the Company and Trade Union
  • Assist in setting up human resources policies
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company

Desired Skills and Experience

The Requiremennts

    • University BA degree
    • At least 5 years experience in the role of HR management
    • Possess a solid knowledge of Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT Law and other relevant stipulations
    • Proactive and autonomous
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
    • Results-oriented,with the ability to work under pressure
    • Fluent English and Vietnamese
