As a member of the recruiting operations team and broader talent team, you will be in charge of all scheduling efforts across all engineering and corporate jobs. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging interview experience with our candidates and all internal teams. Throughout the entire process, you will also contribute and advise internal partners on how to best refine recruiting operations (e.g. systems & processes) and scale an admirable and global candidate experience.

You will:

  • Oversee coordination of interview scheduling for all interview stages
  • Be an advocate for the candidate, relaying important information and questions to the appropriate people and ensuring they have all the information needed at every step
  • Facilitate an excellent candidate experience and proactively communicate at every stage of the process
  • Manage candidate flow and meticulously track candidates throughout the interview process via the ATS (e.g. Lever)
  • Promptly and creatively solve issues that may arise (e.g. last minute cancellation, no show, etc) with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Ensure 100% data integrity across all candidates and systems
  • Build lasting relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
  • Think creatively and continuously improve core recruiting process delivery tools and systems
  • Schedule and coordinate reference checks; as needed

  • The ability to work independently and effectively, demonstrating project management skills while holding others accountable, as needed
  • Proven success working with confidential and highly sensitive information with sound judgement, tact and discretion
  • Demonstrated the ability to be highly self-motivated to quickly solve problems & address roadblock
  • Proficient skill in using a variety of computer applications and systems, including G-suite
