We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to join our well regarded and award-winning recruitment team. There is some flex in how we fill this position, but the successful candidate will already be an established recruiter with proven success working on senior roles. This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills further while working with a great team, with clients who are leaders in their field. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach and our ability to exceed expectations and consistently deliver successful placements.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has the maturity and experience to be trusted by our senior leaders to deliver great candidates. To be successful, you’ll need to be confident in your recruitment practice, and comfortable partnering with senior managers while finding great hires, even in the current tight market. We’d hope that your experience to date would include:
- Working extensively with senior leaders to hire senior roles (end-to-end)
- Working in an in-house recruitment service within a large, complex organisation
- Some previous academic or technical (IT) recruitment experience
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn
- An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the value of a diverse workplace
