Come build the future with us. Intel is hiring a Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing Lead for the Greater Asia Region. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in Intel’s future success. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about campaign tactics, employer branding, content creation, storytelling that will have a significant contribution to always-on pipeline building. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a related role (for example Talent Acquisition, Marketing Campaigns, Advertising, Social Media, Employer Brand, Corporate Brand Marketing) Experience in media buying, campaign management, agency management Social media expertise including content development, best practices, community management, and data analytics Preferred qualifications: Experience with platforms like Sprinklr, Papirfly, etc Experience managing marketing campaigns on job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, etc. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations Employer brand, talent attraction, or recruiting expertise

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
