We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded global management consulting organization to appoint a Regional Talent Management Partner for their APAC region.
Reporting into the Global HR Director, you will be responsible to design, drive, and implement group-wide Talent Management framework and Learning & Development strategies to address leadership and organizational development needs. This is a highly hands-on opportunity and some of the key responsibilities are;
- Developing and implementing the talent management framework which encompasses the identification, evaluation, development, and retention of the different exceptional talents group wide
- Working with the Leadership Team and Business Partners to strengthen succession planning processes and capabilities and ensure that successors are in place for key leadership positions
- Developing and driving a strong Learning & Development strategy which is aligned to the company’s business objectives and strategic direction
- Identifying skill and competency gaps and working with external vendors to roll out relevant development programs for talents and leaders
To succeed in this role, you should come with at least 8 years of working experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Regional experience is a must! This individual should have the proven ability to develop and deploy Group and local HR projects and programs that align with the business strategy. You must be able to work with all levels of employees, as well as influencing with stakeholders.
