Job Description:
- Promote the company’s existing brands, introducing new products to the market and expanding new markets reach
- Plan proactive plans orders for sales lead
- Responsible for all marketing and sales activities, from lead generation through contract closing
- Analyse budgets, prepare annual marketing orders/ sales plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure meeting assigned sales quotas and goals
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
- Gather, investigate and summarise market data and trends to draft reports
- Implement new sales plans and advertising
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understand their needs, and anticipate new marketing opportunities
- Stay current in the defence industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Keen interest in defence technology industry
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales (Preferred)
- Experience in management may be advantageous
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
- The ability to work under pressure
- Willing to travel and able to travel in short notice
