An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the On The House.

We are recruiting for the position of Sales Manager to manage a team of 6 Account Managers.

Sector: PropTech

Reporting into: Founders

Remote working, travel into London once or twice a month to work with the Founders in person.

Due to speedy our growth, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee the Account Management function and lead growth within the current portfolio.

This is a juicy role that will require someone with boundless energy to get stuck in. The candidate will need significant experience within PropTech, Estate Agency, Property Management , and lots of exposure to people management. Working closely with our Directors, you’ll need to be highly organised, well connected and able to demonstrate business growth in a previous role that you have influenced in this position or similar.

Responsible for:
– Work closely with the Account Management Team to ensure continued success and growth
– Detailed revenue reporting, reconciliation and analysis across all elements
– Organise and coordinate sessions to encourage improvement with the team
– Deep dive on current processes and implementation of change
– Ensuring that our portfolio of clients is satisfied with SLA’s
– Full management of CRM database
– Working on New Business opportunities alongside the Founders

– A strong track record in Sales is a must, with experience in the effective management of team members
– Solid working knowledge of property and construction
– Excellent project management skills
– Previous experience with client liaison
– Formulating and managing using KPI’s

Salary £30k – £40k basic – £60k – £90k OTE
