About the Role

As a high-growth organization, Preface is actively looking for a motivated individual to join and lead the B2C Sales Team.

Your key responsibilities will be in the following areas:

– Identifying and developing new business opportunities with individual clients (B2C), mainly parents and adult learners

– Conducting professional and personalized consultations, including but not limited to presenting learning proposals and benefits, and acting as the subject matter expert to potential, newly acquired as well as existing individual clients

– Building trust and fostering relationships with decision makers, i.e. parents and adult learners by understanding their education goals and needs

– Managing the complete sales cycle – from searching for opportunities to closing deals

– Managing relevant CRM data or legal documentations, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness

– Own and continuously improve the conversion process

About You

As an ideal candidate, you will display the following core competencies:

– Passionate about education and technology

– Believe in the power of continuous learning and upskilling

– Possess strong interest in working with families and learners and provide them with the most suitable education solution

– Results-oriented and self-driven

You may also have similar or equivalent experiences as below:

– A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management, preferably in the education sector

– Previous sales or education consultancy experience with a strong track record in achieving targets and managing the whole sales pipeline

– Essential to have a growth mindset; Highly adaptable to continuous change and growth

– Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders; able to develop and nurture both internal and external relationships

– Enjoys working in a dynamic team environment where your collaborative and competitive spirit will drive you in reaching goals

– Good command in Cantonese, as well as verbal and written English. Mandarin is a plus

– Candidates with more experience may be considered as Sales Manager
