We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Sales Manager to join our fun, professional and dedicated Commercial Department based here in Hong Kong. Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments. Know More About The Team

Our In-Restaurant Technology team operates under Commercial Department, which is responsible for bringing the market leading in-restaurant solutions, such as smartQR and Kiosk, to our restaurant partners. With the AI-powered solutions, we aim to improve the operation efficiency and grow the profit for our partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish new product partnership with foodpanda’s existing restaurants
  • Prepare sales pitch materials and conduct warm calls and in-person vendor meetings to complete the sales cycle
  • Exceed volume and quality monthly sales target
  • Manage a portfolio of prospects accounts, and meet or exceed goals for account signing and activation
  • Be the local market expert to solve clients’ feedback/enquiry, keep updated with the market trend and proactively come up with solutions/recommendations to the management level
  • Assist in training and mentoring Sales Executives to enhance respective sales pitch, product knowledge, external communication skills etc
  • Liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users’ requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfill company’s needs

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales or account management role, most preferred with the knowledge of the F&B and/or e-commerce industries
  • Hungry for sales achievement with a strong desire to exceed individual target
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Social character with positive attitude towards new challenges
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Excel skill is a must. Experienced in Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
