This role will provide superior service and assistance to customers and account managers. This role manages all day to day aspects of the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and customer growth. The environment is fast paced so we need people who can think on their feet and can juggle many projects at once.
You will need to have:
- Experience in IT Sales Support – ideally Software Licensing
- Good attention to detail
- Experience managing the customer ordering lifecycle
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Great communication skills
