Plurilock is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Team Lead. The role requires a dynamic, fast-paced individual who is motivated by success and takes the responsibility of owning tasks and deliverables to completion and issues or problems to resolution.

Job Description

  • Delivers planned business results of the assigned areas’ public sector market business plans for all ‘lines of business
  • Identifies, develops and manages strategic regional third-party relationships to facilitate public sector business growth, including trade associations, marketing consultants, subcontractors
  • Lead independent sales campaigns into existing customer accounts focused on delivering the value of Advanced Solutions
  • Network-Create relationships with key stakeholders and maintain them for future opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base
  • Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in a specific market and lead opportunity planning
  • Work with Engineering, Product Line, and Marketing teams to develop new products and services for business growth
  • Planning and directing the activities of Business Development Managers, and Account Managers, ensuring all staff are motivated to attain predetermined sales targets
  • Contributing to the setting of sales strategies and related sales and expense budgets
  • Forming long term business partnerships in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote the organization as a quality supplier with the aim of achieving “preferred” supplier status

Qualifications for solutions sales manager

  • Excellent written communication skills to develop white papers and presentation materials
  • Excellent oral communications skills to communicate and present business/technical topics
  • Communicate market and product requirements, both orally and in writing to product management, product development, and product marketing
  • At least 5 years of either direct selling, channel development, technically supporting or marketing of archiving and/or search indexing solutions
  • Significant experience within the IT industry working in roles relevant to the requirements defined herein
