Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a Senior member of the Sales/Account team
  • Build up reliable customer relationship with Lear BU or External customer
  • Support new business opportunities
  • Commercially manage assigned programs
  • Manage negotiation and closure of commercial issues.
  • Improve programme profitability (margin improvement)
  • Negotiate Engineering change requests
  • Maintain internal reporting (Plant improvement plans, growth plans, APR’s, LPMP, etc.)
  • Support PAR approval’s.
  • Support strong link between trim plant and Lear BU/external customer
  • Support material excess management

Automotive Seating, Trim or High complexity commodity experience (in Commercial, Programme Management or Engineering capacity)
