The engineering team at KAMEREO also builds & operates the internal applications to support the daily activities of our internal users such as customer support members and warehouse teams.

Role & Responsibilities

– Take part in various business activities, work with multiple teams to seek, analyze and find solutions to existing and hidden problems
– Initiate and ignite internal discussions, inter-team collaboration & problem solving
– Devise and execute new processes to enhance internal productivity and efficiency
– Evaluate and design KPIs, trackers from scratch to measure and boost key business metrics
– Perform multiple analysis related sales, customer segmentation, assortment
– Conduct cost analysis and improve internal performance to arrive to expected profitability
– Come up with suggestions to boost sales, seek sources of growth for the business
– Take part in special projects, Initiate partnership activities to increase multiple sales channels
– Conduct long-term strategy thinking, analyze market activities, competitors to come up with recommendations to upgrade value proposition

Salary & Benefit

● Attractive salary
● Salary review twice a year in January and July
● 13 month bonus
● Working time is 9:00 – 17:30 with 30 min lunch break from Monday to Friday
● Annual Leave is 12 days/year after probation period
