The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand market data and trends.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors’ changes
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Motivate and energise the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communication with the clients.

Ideal Profile

What Do We Require From You

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrating sales success.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-suite.
  • Excellent communication & analytical mind-set with a strong understanding of digital ad marketplace.
  • Strong Sales Experience & proven versatility in problem solving with extensive contacts across the industry in Agencies, Ad-Tech and Advertisers.
  • Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for a product, business line or an account.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience as a sales manager or director.
