The core purpose of the role of a Senior Enrollment Advisor is –
● Responsible for reviewing applications, including assessments and coordination with internal and external parties to ensure that movement of families through the admissions process is as quick and efficient.
● To convert applications into offers, helping drive new enrolments
To Assist in the withdrawal process of students who are leaving the school
Responsibilities
The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person’s for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of indeed to the Regional CEP so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third part services.
The Senior Enrollment Advisor reports directly to the Director of Admissions and Market Growth, and performs a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
Admissions
● Responsible for the application to the enrollment process for complex applications, large families, corporate groups, and feeder schools.
● Coordinate with other Departments to establish and improve application assessment criteria
● Support escalations and work with the academic team to ensure they have what they need to make decisions are made in compliance with agreed SOPs especially for learning support and EAL cases
● Manage waitlists & student diversity
● Liaise between Accounting and new families for submission of admissions fees
● Support Admissions team with CRM Report (Microsoft Dynamics) creation
● Organize the EAL and MAP Tests by coordinating with families and teachers for EAL and admissions testing appointments
● Completes monthly training to enhance ISHCMC knowledge, coaching & soft skills, service skills, and collaboration skills
● Any other requirements deemed necessary by the Director of Admissions & Market Growth
Role within The School Organization
● Attends management meetings on an as needed basis as directed by the Director of Admissions & Market Growth.
● Advises the Director of Admissions & Market Growth, Marketing Manager and or/and Head of School regarding observations about academics within the school, through statistical reporting, local and job knowledge.
● Address any other matters related to the position which may be requested by the Director of Admissions & Marketing Growth and /or the Head Of School from time to time.
The success of this role is measured by the number and proportion of opportunities that progress to offer and enrollment status, the level of customer service provided, the speed and efficiency of the application handling process to ultimately provide a seamless admissions experience to prospective parents and students.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor or Master’s Degree with a relevant major in the area of expertise
● Minimum of five years of full-time relevant experience in a related field
● Past Admissions experience preferred in an education context
