Senior Front-end Developer

Come work alongside rockstar teams in Thailand and Vietnam and a total of over 1000 developers in the NFQ Group, building apps and software platforms for ambitious tech-driven startups in Europe and beyond.

Your Skills and Experience

• Analyze functional requirements in order to design, implement and maintain user-friendly, mobile-friendly and performant web applications
• Work with cutting-edge tech companies and contribute in turning dreams into real products – with your engineering teammates at your side
• Put your deep and extensive tech know-how to work, architecting elegant solutions to mind-bending problems
• Lay out your vision for how an engineering team should function, including tech stacks, coding standards, documentation, testing, training and team communication
• Brilliant English communication skills – and German is a plus too
• 5+ years experience in Front-end tech stack, especially React or Vue frameworks
• 2+ years experience leading and growing engineering teams

In-depth understanding of in HTML/CSS, Javascript

• Knowledge of Docker container

Nice to Have

• A critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
• It goes without saying: well versed with version control tools, unit testing frameworks, CI tools, agile methodologies
• Experience in booking business domains (hotel booking, car rental)
• Experience in e-commerce shop systems (Oxid, Magento)
• Experience in front-end build tools (e.g. Grunt, Gulp, Webpack)
• Strong knowledge of development based on REST APIs
• Experience in GIS (e.g. OpenLayers)
• Knowledge of real time communication (Pusher, PubNub, FireBase)
• In-depth knowledge of ATOMIC web design
