Senior Human Resources Officer


Job Description:-

  • Recruitment/ movement: understand the business structure and handles all recruitment activities and movement needs for in-charge teams.
  • Training: Support new hires in completing orientation/ compliance training courses.
  • Employee relations: Deliver employee relations activities and specific communication to employees in department, including discipline consultation.
  • Retention/ engagement: Proactively seek understanding of retention/ engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in-charge teams.
  • HR report: Deliver regular (weekly/monthly) HR reports.
  • HR processes: Cooperate with all other HR teams in HQ proactively on cross-bank HR processes
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor


  • Bachelor Degree or higher in HR or related field (for example, MBA, Management)
  • At least 3 years experience in HR of the banking industry.
  • Strong background in Recruitment Agency would be preferred.
  • Excellence communication skills in English – can speak fluent local language in responsible country.
  • Can maintain strong network with banking community in the responsible country
  • Willing to travel, willing to learn, open to changes
  • Energetic and have interest to explore emerging markets in AEC+ country
  • Honest, hardworking, ability to deal with pressure situations.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
