Senior Manager, Delivery Success – Education

Sannam S4 Group is a fast-growing international company, providing high quality consulting and support services to international education clients globally. We are looking for an experienced education practitioner to oversee and manage delivery of education services to our clients in Vietnam.

1. Staff Oversight & Management

  • Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports (such as in-country representatives) and associated freelancers
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, and offer on-going developmental coaching & mentoring
  • Manage and review operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, Metrics management reports)
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner

2. Financial Management

  • Analyse and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements/KPIs
  • Design and implement KPI improvement plans as needed
  • Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short-term financial projects (e.g data collection for billable/non-billable hours, forecasting, budgeting)
  • Provide invoicing inputs for each client to SannamS4 Finance Team
  • Provide inputs on operational expense management in coordination with central MIS and Finance Teams

3. Client Engagement

  • Attend business reviews with the client
  • Support development of client market plans
  • Troubleshooting with client as required
  • Provide inputs to Client Success Teams on other client engagement matters

4. Leadership

  • Support Executive Director SEA to build Sannam S4 brand and network in Vietnam
  • Support, as required, delivery of other Sannam S4 services and products in Vietnam
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic support to Executive Director SEA

5. Other

  • Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions to drive continuous improvement
  • Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition team to recruit requisite team members
  • Other duties as may be directed by Sannam S4 leadership team

Work Experience & characteristics

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (overseas study experience is desirable)
  • Fully bilingual in English & Vietnamese
  • 8+ years in the international education sector in Vietnam
  • Strong local network of agents, local institutions, government, other relevant stakeholders
  • Independent, proactive professional
  • Excellent time management and proven track record of high-quality delivery to deadline
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • A creative mind-set and the ability to think laterally and commercially
  • Unquestionable business ethics
  • Cross-cultural intelligence and ability to work across multiple cultures
  • Project management and financial management experience
  • A team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
