Job description:

We are looking for a senior marketing person to join our Vietnam team to realize the B2B marketing strategy. You will help us to communicate our vision to the market and attract the potential clients. Your key responsibilities:

· Implementing the B2B inbound marketing plan

· Working closely with the marketing agency to develop the content directions to address both C-level people and teachers’ needs

· Co-develop and verify different types of contents, including ads, blogs, website contents, e-newsletters, videos, PR articles, or any other content materials, before publishing

· Organizing events and webinars

· Nurturing our community in social networks

· Monitor social media campaigns or lead-generating campaigns, and analyze web traffic using key performance indicators (KPIs)

· Monitoring the marketing’s performance in general, making adjustments in the action plan when needed to improve the outcomes

· Working closely with Sales Team to optimize the lead-generating process

· Working closely with the Global Marketing Team to align with ClassIn Global’s directions


The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of content development, for both online and offline channels. You’ve successfully introduced a new product (service) to the market, and accelerated its growth. You should have:

· Experience in managing multi communication channels (both online and offline)

· Experience in the education market; having insights about online learning and online teaching is a plus

· Familiar with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ inbound marketing to nurture leads, drive adoption and boost the growth

· Proven tracks in leading and implementing communication campaigns and sales-oriented campaigns

· Creative and visionary thinking

· Result oriented

· Proactive, can work independently, but still have a good team work spirit

· Disciplined, can make things happen

· Showing a potential in leadership

· Being able to work with high profile speakers

· A passion to empower education with technology

Required qualifications:

· BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields

· 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant work

· Excellent skills in Vietnamese and English languages (for both writing and speaking)
