The Role
Key Activities And Responsibilities
Social Media
- Develop and implement innovative, results driven growth strategies across all social media channels in line with the core marketing strategy
- Work with the Digital Content-, Designers- and Product team to plan, develop, and execute the social media strategy that tells a compelling story of FOREO, to drive brand awareness, education and love for FOREO and our products.
- Create a stronger bond between the customer and the brand by driving brand loyalty and act as a liaison for product and brand related questions on Social Media
- Develop a strategy to engage new target audiences, increase engagement, and stay relevant while effectively managing the social media accounts and budget to achieve set goals.
- Track and monitor the impact and success of posts to ensure deliverables are being met and provide insight on a regular basis to management.
- Observe trends and stay on top of categories relevant to FOREO (eg. Beauty, Fashion, Skincare) while sharing insights cross-departmental
- Be the hero and advocate by leading the branding aspect of FOREO through our own social media platforms.
Marketing
- Support Consumer and Commercial Marketing in building launch plans, coordinating with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing plans
- Support Marketing Manager in building launch plan, promotions, and localize global guidelines
- Work closely with Marketing Manager and Retail Team to support on Omni visual merchandising
- Work closely with Marketing Manager on campaign assessments and reporting
Job Outcome
The Senior Marketing & Social Media Executive is responsible for the company’s marketing communications activities with the goal of establishing and improving brand perception in the market to support sales lead generation and education through owned channels.
Ideal Profile
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR or Communications
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of business manager, Instagram and Facebook (Tiktok, Linkedin, LINE a plus)
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, ability to curate beautiful social experiences and assets
- Strong experience in content planning & production
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage deadlines and KPIs
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond what is necessary
- Passionate, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a constantly growing and evolving company and team
