Job Purpose
The job holder responsibility for designing, proposing business marketing activities – BB through:
- Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
- Design marketing content for program/campaign
- Marketing campaign management
Key Accountabilities (1)
Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
- Participate in, proposing overall BB marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups…
- Execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update
- Co-ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight
- Prepare, propose and implement BB NPS survey
- Design, build, embed BB customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships
- Propose KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value. Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfilment

Success Profile – Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority to have a master’s degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking
- Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers
- Mimimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent
