About the job
Responsibilities:
- To manage and maintain the Learning Management System including courses enrollment, evaluation, e-learning content development and reporting, etc.
- To organize and facilitate classroom and virtual training programs such as on-board and soft skill trainings
- To provide support on designing training courses and creating training materials
- To manage and coordinate projects on company culture and employer branding initiatives
- To edit videos for training courses, company initiatives and events
- To perform other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources or related discipline
- 3 years of relevant experience with previous experience in facilitation of training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured and organized, able to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training workshops in a variety of areas
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills
- Team player and able to work with diverse culture
- Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and oral
- Knowledge in video editing is an advantage
