About the job

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and maintain the Learning Management System including courses enrollment, evaluation, e-learning content development and reporting, etc.
  • To organize and facilitate classroom and virtual training programs such as on-board and soft skill trainings
  • To provide support on designing training courses and creating training materials
  • To manage and coordinate projects on company culture and employer branding initiatives
  • To edit videos for training courses, company initiatives and events
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experience with previous experience in facilitation of training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured and organized, able to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training workshops in a variety of areas
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Team player and able to work with diverse culture
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in video editing is an advantage
