HKSTP InnoAcademy ( is HKSTP’s initiative to nurture, inspire and engage talent for Hong Kong’s innovation and technology (I&T) sector. Our vision is to develop Hong Kong into a global I&T talent hub that draws Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas I&T talent.

We are looking for a Senior Officer who is passionate about talent development for Hong Kong’s I&T sector to join our growing and committed team. As a key member of the HKSTP InnoAcademy team, the Senior Officer will shape and contribute to the marketing of HKSTP InnoAcademy to engage our various stakeholders (talents, employers, educational institutions, industry partners, etc.), promote our programmes, and boost the talent pipeline for Hong Kong’s I&T ecosystem.

You’re a naturally creative and curious individual, always on top of the latest digital marketing and social media trends, figuring out why they work and how you can adapt the findings to your purposes. You’re also an enthusiastic storyteller who is able to leverage tools and collaborate with teams and agencies to create compelling marketing assets.


  • Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing plans for HKSTP InnoAcademy’s various initiatives to generate awareness and interest, and increase the number of talents and employers participating in HKSTP InnoAcademy’s programmes
  • Work with the InnoAcademy Team to create engaging marketing content and collateral either by yourself or via collaboration with agencies, including text, videos, infographics and posters for social media, website, emails, etc.
  • Manage the digital content calendar including the post frequency and content for HKSTP InnoAcademy’s social media account(s)
  • Develop success stories and casebooks for HKSTP InnoAcademy
  • Analyze and report the performance of digital and content campaigns, integrate best practices, and optimize to improve the results
  • Support other marketing initiatives for these programmes and perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, Languages or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Familiar with social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Able to use tools for digital marketing, such as eDM systems, website CMS, and content creation tools such as Photoshop or Canva
  • Experience in digital performance analytics will be a plus
  • A storyteller with high efficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English to create engaging and persuasive content
  • An effective communicator who works well with stakeholders at various levels and with strong project management skills
  • Strong team player with a growth mindset, self-motivated, dynamic, independent, multi-tasking and willing to work under a fast-paced environment
