Job Description

  • Responsible for research request from internal teams: taking brief, clarifying, designing, managing fieldwork, doing report for project (Qualitative/Quantitative).
  • Conduct desk research for competitor/market intelligence as assigned.
  • Manage and track budgets and resources to assure efforts are in compliance with project/study guidelines.
  • Manage all project documentation such as contracts, brief, proposals, reports.
  • Serve as liaison with internal departments and external entities.
  • Coordinate meetings, phone conferences, minutes and presentations for multiple projects/ studies.


  • At least 5 years in Market Research or related services in FMCG/ Service Industry (Insights team)/ Consulting companies.
  • Experience in both agency and client side are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of analysis and statistics.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
  • Effective project management skills
  • Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
