Job Description
- Responsible for research request from internal teams: taking brief, clarifying, designing, managing fieldwork, doing report for project (Qualitative/Quantitative).
- Conduct desk research for competitor/market intelligence as assigned.
- Manage and track budgets and resources to assure efforts are in compliance with project/study guidelines.
- Manage all project documentation such as contracts, brief, proposals, reports.
- Serve as liaison with internal departments and external entities.
- Coordinate meetings, phone conferences, minutes and presentations for multiple projects/ studies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in Market Research or related services in FMCG/ Service Industry (Insights team)/ Consulting companies.
- Experience in both agency and client side are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of analysis and statistics.
- Intermediate level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
- Effective project management skills
- Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
