Senior Sales Development Representative (Bilingual – Spanish)

The Role

Kinside is looking for a Spanish-speaking Senior Sales Development Representative to fuel business growth and ensure families have the data they need to access child care quickly and efficiently via inbound lead qualifying and outbound prospecting. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads at unengaged points of the sales funnel and cold calling prospects generated by a variety of marketing and outside sales sources. You’ll participate in hands-on training, and can expect to start making commission-based calls within 3-6 weeks.

This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of a growing team that is responsible for one of the most meaningful parts of the Kinside growth model and acquisition strategy. This role is 100% remote (U.S. based)!


  • Making 50-80+ outbound calls daily as well as email outreach to educate and develop prospects that convert.
  • Prospecting and following up on inbound leads driven by marketing campaigns and word-of-mouth to identify qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with sales colleagues, sales leadership, and marketing teams to find the right messaging and processes that drive the most opportunities.
  • Researching leads and navigating their company structures to get past gatekeepers and overcome prospect objections.
  • Driving attendance for group demos and engagement for virtual demos.
  • Consistent CRM tracking and updating of outbound and inbound communication activities.

You may be a good fit if you have…

  • 2+ years of experience as a sales development representative, or similar.
  • Experience doing your own prospecting, making calls, writing emails, and finding other ways to creatively engage prospects.
  • Experience making 50+ calls a day.
  • Consistent, measurable overachievement in previous sales & prospecting roles (preferred).
  • The ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced, and yet challenging environment, while being creative, self-disciplined, passionate, and curious to learn and improve.
  • Experience working with a CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce.
