Senior Sales Operations

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operation to join our Fulfillment team, to ensure the data-enable operation and instrumentation across the VN Fulfillment team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure sales data accuracy and implementation
  • Build efficient business reporting through an automated system on frequency
  • Drive adoption to members of our new tools/initiatives that are gonna be implemented
  • Process & system streamlining for one source of truth and one door communication
  • Manage Sales support member with the daily request of the Fulfillment team

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Planning, Business Operations, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or any other relevant roles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and positively impact operational outcomes (SOPs, QA systems, Project Management, etc.)
  • Advanced Google Spreadsheet (Excel) data modeling & Google Slides for data presentation, SQL
  • Experienced in data visualization (graphs & dashboard); Google Data Studio preferable
  • Experienced in using Sales CRM
  • Experienced in managing internal Sales performance data to implement and/or improve sales plan or process
  • Excellent project/task manager with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to execute and deliver the task given within a certain period of time targeted
  • Willing to learnAbility to manage junior staff and ensure the team completes the assigned target and timeline
  • Strong English skills in business communication
