Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a passion for blockchain and quantitative trading (though not necessarily a lot of experience in the space) who will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead the entire process of our internal risk management tools and trading strategies development. The Technical Product Manager have two different ownerships:

Act as product owner of trading dashboard and risk management tools for internal traders located globally. You will own the whole product development cycle from prioritizing changes based on business requirements to working with engineers to ensure quality delivery.
Act as project manager of the whole technology team. You must ensure that all projects will be partnering closely with our engineering teams to drive vision/strategy/roadmap/alignment to ensure we’re building the right data systems, infrastructure, and scalable & efficient end2end connected solutions for our quantitative researchers and partnership teams internally, as well as providing guidance on how to prioritize and make tradeoffs against the needs of the business and enable everyone to make the biggest impact.

The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have a passion for breaking down complex problems.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the roadmap for Kronos’ trading dashboard
Control & manage the entire execution of projects in lifecycle
Display leadership, organizational, and execution skills that lead to the creation tools & products for a variety of strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs to accelerate Kronos’ success
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Act as technical writer. Write technical blogs to help potential engineer and trader candidates better understand Kronos

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product development, operation, program management
Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods
Proficient technical capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in and good understanding of both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets
Fluent in English and Mandarin. Interviews will be conducted in both language

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fin-tech related system
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate complex engineering schedules, spanning multiple teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary

NT$ 1,500,000 ~ 2,500,000 / year
