Job description:
You will join our marketing team with main responsibilities here:
- Manage social media posting calendars for multiple clients: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube.
- Work alongside the social media manager to ensure each brand voice is being projected accordingly
- Supervise social media communities to drive positive brand conversations. Ensure questions, comments, and related opportunities are responded to
- Work with the Social media manager to create actionable plans to both increase organic growth relating to followers and engagement of social media platforms
- Help identify new content and engagement partnership opportunities by staying in tune with the industry
- Monitor all social media platforms and social calendars to ensure content is published timely

Job Requirement:
- Graduate in Marketing, digital marketing, PR and communications, or similar field
- Strong Customer Support skills
- Have at least 1 year experience of running and managing social media channels, ability to engage with community
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to run different projects independently
- Strong verbal and written communication, relationship building skills
- Digital native. Expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms, including their algorithms
- Must have good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
- Creative side with an innovative approach
- Excellent English skills in both oral and written formats
