We’re looking for a Sr. Digital Ad Support Specialist to join Snap Group Limited! As a member of the Digital Ad Support team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns and work with account teams to unblock clients. Working from our Singapore office, you’ll collaborate with our Sales teams to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on Snap.
- What you’ll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact in the Auction for local sales teams by providing onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive strategy planning
- Leverage an expert-level understanding of our auction marketplace to provide deep-dive analysis that helps our largest partners succeed on our ads platform
- Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Product Quality, and Sales Operations to drive data-backed improvements to support processes
- Educate and train internal Sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on advertiser goals
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
- Identify trends in requests to detect issues and implement improvements to the Snap product offering
- Mentor junior team members and act as a point of escalation for guidance/complex cases
- Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 2+ years working in Zendesk, Salesforce or other CRM
- Data-driven and able to work with large data sets in Excel to solve business problems, and providing practical insights via data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work shifts to ensure coverage for our customers and escalations
- Proven project management skills; identifying problems areas, designing solutions, and driving them to completion
- Mastery of programmatic ad buying and auction marketplace dynamics; ability to draw inferences into how macro-level trends impact advertisers on a micro scale
- Ability to generate actionable and impactful insights about complex auction behavior and effectively communicate strategies with the sales team and clients
- Experience offering proactive delivery suggestions and addressing client objections
- Demonstrable track record of preparing and leading trainings
- Team player with a demonstrable track record of leadership
- Data-driven and able to work with large data sets in Excel to solve business problems, and providing practical insights via data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field
- 3+ years in digital advertising, technology or other related field
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in advertising-related technical troubleshooting working with brand and/or direct-response advertisers
