System & Product Management Intern / Shopee Xpress


About The Team

As an intern in the System & Product Management Team, you will be a member of SPX project management team, work closely with PM and Operation Team to launch new service product.

You’ll have chance to assist/own projects and driven Shopee Xpress forward.

Job Description

  • Actively engage with Shopee Xpress business team to understand & consolidate end-to-end process & business pain points
  • To identify potential product features/improvements or implement new technologies to achieve business KPI including but not limited to orders, operation efficiency or better user experience.
  • Consolidate the feature requests & communicate the business needs with both local & regional product teams to deliver the features successfully.
  • Able to build strong relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress for critical live issues


  • A six month Internship duration with above 3 working days a week are preferred.
  • Experienced in managing the design, planning of product solution and product feature prioritisation.
  • Ability to establish and manage initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals, and attaining buy in from multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • Demonstrates a sense of ownership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
