- Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organisation; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
- Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
- Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy
catering to varied candidate segments
- Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition
- Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Profile
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
- Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in building employer branding will be good to have
- Prior experience / demonstrated success as a TA Partner
