We are looking for a 6 months intern to join us from July – December 2022.

You will join the Singapore Malaysia & Brunei Talent Acquisition team which supports end to end recruitment for the different business units. This role will involve coordinating with stakeholders such as hiring managers, candidates, and university partners to ensure a smooth end to end recruitment process.

About the Role You’ll be Empowered:

• Assist to plan and attend Recruitment events such as talks, career fairs
• Build talent pipelines through research and understanding of competitors
• Collaborate with Marketing Communication team to ensure brand consistency across all channels (email blast, careers page, job portals, eDM)
• Conduct research to market mapping for roles and keeps the information up to date
• Design eDM for all communication internally and externally
• Maintain good working relationship with key university partners and organizations
• Support the planning and execution of events and on-campus marketing initiatives/employer branding initiatives (i.e. presentations, pop up installations, career fairs, webinars etc.)
• Support assessment centre for the graduate recruitment program
• Work closely with the regional & global Employer Branding team for careers related content marketing assets (i.e. blogs, social media posting, videos).
