We are looking for a competent Talent Acquisition Manager, who is confident to take over the entire Talent Acquisition (TA) activities across Vietnam and interact with our TA team in HQ (Singapore).

Location: HN/ HCM

What You Would Do


  • Manage the company’s recruitment by identifying annual hiring demands and recruitment budget planning
  • Oversee the hiring process and progress and monitor the TA performance metrics
  • Fully committed to the hiring target of the entire team (sales, back-office, technology)
  • Identify Recruiting channels’ performance to apply into the sourcing strategy
  • Ensure candidate’s & new joiners’ experience throughout the Company’s selection process and Onboarding process
  • Control the TA budget

Employee Value Proposition (EVP/EB)

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with company recruitment goals
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent by effectively using the strategy, operation of Recruitment campaigns on different niche sites/channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc., and other social media
  • Measures the social media performance in the recruitment area
  • Work with line managers, internal departments to implement recruitment events and partnerships with related universities, career training agencies, hiring service agencies…for building the Company’s talent pipeline

Talent Acquisition Excellence

  • Continue reviewing the Recruitment process and policies
  • Make periodic and most-used recruiting reports with dashboard metrics
  • Continue the optimization for all operational activities of the TA team to maximize the team’s productivity

Team Development

  • Assess team’s performance and define the career roadmaps
  • Enable the team members to reach their targets
  • Conduct training courses to upskill the team

Other TA projects

  • Delivery monthly reports
  • Train for hiring managers on interviewing & selection skills
  • Collaborate with the central TA team in Singapore on Regional TA projects

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related degree
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role, especially in the Technology industry
  • Proven records in recruiting with high demands in fast-paced environments
  • “Go-getter” attitude
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and team-playing
  • Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English
