As our Talent Acquisition Officer, distinguishing new recruitment opportunities through advertising campaigns. This position will give out the ideas and marketing strategies to define, maintain, and promote the company’s brand.

The Talent Acquisition Officer will report to the General Director, Vietnam, and will work closely with the other team members in Canada and Ukraine. This role functions to execute policies, programs, and processes in line with our workplace culture and values.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders by architecting and delivering tailored recruitment to got Top talents to all opening roles;
  • Manage full-lifecycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation;
  • Contribute to building a smooth and professional recruitment process;
  • Proactive in sourcing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates;
  • Build a long-term talent pool and talent mapping for future needs;
  • Support job fairs and recruitment events;
  • Support internship and graduate recruitment program;
  • Regularly provide most up-to-date recruitment reports and analysis, insights, and advice for hiring managers;
  • Identifying what exactly, about the company makes it attractive to candidates;
  • Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”, diversity and inclusion workplace;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Willing to learn attitude, good at teamwork
  • Good in communicating & negotiating

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in IT, in-house recruiter, or staffing agency recruiter. IT Headhunt experience is a big advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Familiar with both foreign and Vietnamese working environment
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Willingness to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accept new challenges
  • Adapt ability to fast growth environment
