Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) or Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve key performance indicators and driver
Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop talents and grow the business
To ensure effective cross-sell and up-selling of banking products by team members including cross collaboration referrals to other departments within the bank
Ensure that the on-boarded customers are screened through for AML due diligence
Provide coaching and guidance to RMs and BDMs in terms of sales management and due diligence requirements
