The Ethics Office is looking for an outstanding law student in their final years of University or a post graduate for a six month internship.

Our Exciting Opportunity

We are currently looking for a communications resource to support the development and production of content assets for internal marketing and communications activities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with several teams, locally as well as teams across countries. This position will be based in Singapore.

The foundation is being able to understand the communication needs of our employee audience, and turn them into ideas, designs, concepts, and communication plans to support employee communications and activities to strengthen the ethical culture at Tiktok.

You will

– Write and create content for our internal communications channels, such as our wiki pages and our internal social media channels, to support The Ethics Office messages and strategies

– Copywriting, drafting articles for internal and external purposes (experience with technical content is a plus)

– Utilize strategic planning templates to present and share campaign information, timing and priorities, etc.

– Contribute and challenge processes as part of continuous improvement ethos

– Be part of various other projects, such as internal campaigns, promotional videos and more.

To be successful in the role, we’d love it if you have

– Be currently enrolled in law school or a recent graduate of law school.

– Have the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion

– Have a desire to learn and apply marketing/sales concepts in a real-world environment

– Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working in both a team environment and on solo projects

– Video/Visual production knowledge (Photoshop), content marketing skills and an agile learning mindset

– Excellent proficiency in verbal & written English and Mandarin

Internship Period: at least 6 months, this could lead to a long-term opportunity.
