Job Responsibilities

  • Set up, lead and execute company growth initiatives with focus on key corporate goals and strategy
  • Monitor key business metrics and trends and create recommendations for the management.
  • Monitor key business metrics and trends and create recommendations for the management.
  • Keep an eye on international trends and benchmark competitive/ market developments
  • Identify key insights in user behavior and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive user acquisition and retention initiatives for the B2B App
  • Responsible for campaign management initiatives targeted towards buyers and sellers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Product, operations and strategy teams to plan and execute growth initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Growth or Strategy for a Startups or Consulting
  • Experience in stakeholder management and leading cross functional teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical bent of mind
  • Good command in English
