Job Responsibilities
- Set up, lead and execute company growth initiatives with focus on key corporate goals and strategy
- Monitor key business metrics and trends and create recommendations for the management.
- Monitor key business metrics and trends and create recommendations for the management.
- Keep an eye on international trends and benchmark competitive/ market developments
- Identify key insights in user behavior and identify growth opportunities
- Drive user acquisition and retention initiatives for the B2B App
- Responsible for campaign management initiatives targeted towards buyers and sellers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Product, operations and strategy teams to plan and execute growth initiatives
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in Growth or Strategy for a Startups or Consulting
- Experience in stakeholder management and leading cross functional teams
- Strong project management skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical bent of mind
- Good command in English
