From social enterprise to global intelligence platform
Cturtle — pronounced “sea turtle” — takes its name from the sea turtle’s remarkable ability to navigate vast distances across oceans, always finding its way. Like the sea turtle, we help people and organisations navigate complex global talent landscapes with confidence and clarity.
We started in 2016 as the International Alumni Job Network (IAJN), a social enterprise with a simple but important mission: helping international students transition from education in Australia into employment opportunities around the world.
In 2019, we rebranded and incorporated as Cturtle Limited, deepening our focus on data and technology-driven solutions — helping students identify the best courses, and helping graduates and alumni connect with global opportunities.
After COVID, Cturtle evolved again. We pivoted toward labour market intelligence, alumni and member outcome tracking, and AI-powered platforms — helping organisations understand global talent, track employment outcomes, and connect skilled professionals with migration and employment opportunities worldwide.
