POSITION PURPOSE

This role provides full function of human resources support to Aesop Taiwan. The scope of work may range from long-term strategic to daily operational support, including training & development, new comer orientation, employee engagement, enforcing company policies and procedures in order to support Aesop Taiwan’s operation and rapid business growth.

Interfaces

Global: Global talent development team

Regional: Regional HR team

Local: Payroll, Taiwan team

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with HR Manager on career growth and talent development strategy and implement training programs.
  • Provide HR expertise and partner with regional HR COE and HR operations teams in various areas such as employee engagement, talent management, employee development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, people policies and processes etc.
  • Facilitate HR annual plans (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation), programs and activities to ensure the execution is aligned with program purposes and objectives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal corporate policies and procedural documents.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations and recommend best practices to integrate local HR policy.
  • Report generation to fulfill requirement of government authorities.
  • Organize company culture events, like town hall meeting, team building workshop etc, to keep a high-level of employee engagement and drive a positive culture of company’s mission and vision.

Requirements:

  • HR full function or HRBP experience is a must.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Talent Management , Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development.
  • Solid knowledge of Taiwan Labor Law and general market practice.
  • Able to multi-task and undertake responsibilities within set time frames
  • A motivated self-starter who can see opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies and take action to implement them
  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent communication, planning abilities, and the agility to function in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
