Responsibility

  • Develops marketing concept / idea to approaches 2 major target user including healthcare professional and consumer through advertising above & below the line activity
  • Be creative / able to work with under regulated & limitation of food and drug administration to ensure key communication get through target consumer
  • Supervises implementation of brand strategy and adjusts as needed. Responsible for guiding the work of advertising agencies in product and packaging design, advertising, tradeshows, point of purchase, costing and pricing to ensure work inconsistent with overall product strategy.
  • Analyzes key performance indicators and financial reports such as budget, commercial policy, price, net sales, and investment level, and suggests improvements.
  • Consistent monitor on market sales / share and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinates extensive market research and test market activities. Defines product criteria and characteristics. Establishes partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients, and other enterprises. Considered authority in field within the organization.
  • Develops strategy for uncovering market opportunities by prioritizing and recommending a process for acquiring intelligence information.
  • Resolves criteria used in screening new and existing product ideas. Evaluates and implements improvements for expediting new and existing products and programs.
  • Builds inroads with key customer relationships and partnerships for market development and improved driven market share. Forecasts demand and participates in review of sales forecasts for assigned product line.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or Pharmacy
  • 1-2 years working experience in brand management, particularly in OTC or Pharmaceutical business
  • Experience in Multinational Company is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation abilities
  • Demonstrates ability to handle complexity
  • Good command of Thai & English in speaking, reading, and writing

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements and other customary conditions and approvals.
