Brand Strategist, Korea


Brand strategists establish a brand strategy that meets clients’ objectives, audience data and cultural trends based on market research and TikTok advertising solutions. Ideal candidates will be working together with sales and relevant teams to develop solid proposals that include creative campaigns and media planning. With the right trends and cultural/industrial insights, brand strategists will be able to provide customized strategies for key clients.


  • Discover insight through market industry research and create modules into database
  • Partner with sales team and relevant teams to provide strategic playbook that includes industry trends, media planning and creative campaigns
  • Establish sales strategies based on a deep understanding of overall industry and culture
  • Keep track of case trends such as TikTok ads, creator, contents and meme, and share with cross-functional teams to lead TikTok’s business growth
  • Glean insights from data, and use that data to make client recommendations and inform future proposals


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5-10 years of experience in brand strategy and digital marketing
  • Experience in MS Office, media syndicated research, media billing and ad server
  • Deep understanding of local digital platform trends and social media campaigns
  • Experience in using TikTok and its content
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for pitching new projects/clients
  • Native Korean speaker with business English skills
