We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales and business development efforts from our Uruguay office. What you will do:

  • Lead our Business Development team, ensuring quotas and objectives are met.
  • Train and coach team members.
  • Assist in lead generation activities to drive a pipeline of active leads and follow-up as appropriate.
  • Actively expand our network of partners.
  • Use to track and report on KPIs.
  • Fully understand, articulate, and sell all PhoneIQ products & services.
  • Coordinate weekly internal meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution.
  • Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle and extend our reach into target accounts.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Most of our work is done with US customers.
  • Undergraduate Degree required. MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable success.
  • Experience with a B2B sales process.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and a willing presenter.
  • Highly organized professional with a strong work ethic.
