AMILI is seeking for driven and collaborative People and Admin Intern based in Singapore. We hope the intern comes with a “Can Do” attitude and openness to learn. This role will report to the VP – Optimization, People & Admin.

A typical day for the Business Optimization intern is to be AMILI’s lead champion towards:

  1. Teaming up directly with the senior leaders & key internal collaborators to support delivery of clinical, commercial, or research-driven projects throughout the project’s life cycle.
  2. Monitoring project execution & conduct needed analyses to propose solutions.
  3. Exercising your good eye & articulate presentation skills in facilitating discussions & presenting project reviews.
  4. Practicing your strategy & critical thinking skills as us build mental frameworks & models to ensure clearcommunication channels & documentations among projects that drive net positive effects to AMILI.
  5. Assisting in any administrative requirements, slides preparation, or any requirements by manager.

Are you the ideal candidate?

We are looking for a candidate that:

  • Has taken / is taking any bachelor’s degree preferrably coming from a background of health & science-related management/administration / Management Engineering, Project Management
  • Is able to work in a team – exemplifies ability to do active listening, ideas bouncing, group solutioning are highly encouraged.
  • Has had prior assignments/exposure to project manage tasks & deliverables – by understanding various needs or tasks and prioritizing them accordingly.
  • Has some familiarity with biomedical terminology & ontologies · Strong logical thinking and communication skills (clear, concise & proactive).
  • Has Basic skills in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
