  • Center of excellence for growth practices including but notlimited to user acquisition, monetization, and product optimization


Head the biggest business unit in Amanotes

  • Responsible for this business unit’s P&L, and daily operations with a full stack team from Product, user acquisition, monetization, and data analysis to tech
  • You will be responsible for the growth of this BU which covers most of the biggest music games in Amanotes
  • You will seek different ways to grow from working on feature optimization, market expansion, and monetization diversification, to big feature experimentation. The sky is the limit!

Build the center of excellence in Monetization, User Acquisition, and Creative

  • You will manage a team of experts in these 3 expertises. In some cases, these experts will be allocated to respective business units. In other cases, they will stay under the Growth function
  • As the center of excellence, you proactively seek to understand the needs of different business units, establishing regular checkpoints and jointly agreeing when more collaboration is needed
  • You will be working with your team to stay ahead of the curve in keeping abreast of new approaches, tooling, and practices in their area of expertise, well before an actual need is expected from business unit teams
  • You will work with your team to promote learning not only inside the growth functional team but across business unit teams, acting as a curator that facilitates appropriate knowledge sharing inside the organization

Be a member of the C-suite to form the strategy of Amanotes

  • Involve in the company planning process as a member of the C-suite to make decisions at the company level
  • To involve in frequent discussions with C-suite on the various topics to steer the company in the right direction


  • At least 7-10 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in working in the product-centric company
  • 5-year experience in a highly analytical role and product/monetization/growth related role
  • Experience in working with application products is a plus
  • Experience working with multiple teams/stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal communication
  • Sale and negotiation skills
  • Statistics and analytical skills
