We’re Cryptic Intel – a digital-first, full-service advertising agency with mainline capabilities, that prides itself in melding the boundaries between creative, branding, strategy, tech, and marketing, to deliver a unified approach to every marketing opportunity. We are actively venturing into D2C brands’ marketing and promotions including marketplace listings and advertisements.

The Role

A flair for writing, a penchant for strategic thinking and a sound head for ideas are the fundaments tools you’ll be bringing to work every day. You’re also expected to have an eye for good design, a finger on the pulse of what’s going on; both in terms of cultural and online trends, and above all, you’ll be expected to be a team player.

  • You must be quick on your feet, very proactive, and take ‘extreme ownership’ of projects and work.
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign building across clients, through conceptualization-planning-execution-implementation.
  • Work as part of a team of social media managers, fellow strategists, copywriters, designers within an agency culture.
  • Work with the art team and the Creative Director to conceptualize, create and deploy path-breaking creatives and effective campaigns that thrill the client and win customers.
  • Successfully look into matters of delegating work and make sure easy knowledge transfers are done efficiently.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease across all industries and market segments.
  • Manage workflow efficiently with joblists and content calendars and update them constantly and keep the client informed with timely correspondence.
  • Take thorough interest and onus of work, and help figure seamless processes and systems that will accelerate the agency’s smooth work-flow further.

Ideal Candidate will be/have

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in aforementioned roles.
  • Knowledge and massive thirst for design trends.
  • Be abreast of trends, happenings, styles, vernaculars and lingo pertaining to digital media, mainline media and the world, in general.
  • Great taste in music!
