Conversion Officer

The Sub Saharan Africa and the Americas team are looking to recruit a Conversion Officer responsible for supporting colleagues travelling to Saharan Africa and the Americas with applicant and enquirer follow up. This role will require the successful candidate to develop excellent working relationships with teams across the University including admissions, visa support, marketing, alumni and CRM to maximise student recruitment numbers through efficient and effective follow up activities. The Conversion Officer will also be responsible for supporting conversion activities through agents, including working closely with our in country representative based in Nigeria. Due to differences in time zones and recruitment event timings, the post-holder should be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours.
